Choosing the right school is an important decision, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way. At Bilingual Montessori Lab Academy, we believe in the power of partnership between families and educators.
Our Montessori school admissions process is designed to support families and ensure a meaningful start for every child. We welcome applications year-round and review them based on availability and developmental readiness. If you’re looking for a nurturing space where your child will grow in two languages while gaining independence, curiosity, and confidence—this is the place.

Step 1: Apply
To begin the admissions process, please complete the following:
- Submit a completed Application for Enrollment
- Pay a non-refundable $150 application fee
Step 2: Acceptance
Once your child is accepted, enrollment will be finalized after we receive:
- A signed Parent Contract
- A non-refundable $500 tuition deposit
Step 3: Before the First Day
In preparation for your child’s first day, we will also need:
- Health Forms (required annually and for new students)
- Up-to-date vaccination records
- A physical exam (for all 3rd Year Children’s House students / Kindergarten) — includes State-required diabetes screening
- Dental Exam Form (for all Kindergarten students)
- Vision Exam Form (for Kindergarteners, new students, and transfers from out of state or abroad)

Begin your journey with Bilingual Montessori Lab Academy by expressing your interest. To get started, fill out our application with basic details about your child and timing preferences. This step helps us understand your family’s needs and begins the enrollment process.

– - Come Visit: Immerse Yourself in BMLA’s World
Next, once we receive your inquiry, we’ll schedule a personalized tour. During your visit, you’ll explore BMLA’s campus, learn about our Montessori philosophy, and observe students and teachers in action.
At the end of the tour, we’ll give you a folder with a paper application and also send you a digital version by email. We’re excited to meet you and share the BMLA experience!

When you’re ready, use the link below to access our application form. There is a nominal fee of $150, collected upon submission. Once we receive your form and payment, we’ll place your child on the waiting list.
BMLA offers rolling admissions and carefully manages classroom balance by age, gender, and schedule. As openings arise throughout the year, we’ll keep you updated on available spots and your child’s status.
